Bull Monsters provides AI-powered technical analysis for trading charts across multiple asset classes including cryptocurrencies, stocks, forex, and commodities. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze uploaded chart images and provide trading insights.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Credits and Subscriptions

Free Plan:

• 5 credits per day for chart analysis
• Credits reset daily at midnight UTC
• No rollover of unused credits

Premium Plan ($9.99/month):

• Unlimited chart analysis
• Priority processing
• Advanced features and tools
• Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled

5. Payment Terms

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Use automated systems to access the Service excessively

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

IMPORTANT: The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. Bull Monsters provides technical analysis for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.

Trading Risk Warning: Trading financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. Bull Monsters is not responsible for any trading losses incurred based on analysis provided by the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bull Monsters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bull Monsters and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

10. User Content

You retain all rights to the chart images you upload. By uploading content, you grant Bull Monsters a license to process and analyze your images solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not permanently store your uploaded images.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
